Why we're building eFitHub

Ivan Isakov

If you coach online today, your week looks like this. Programs in Google Sheets. Communication in WhatsApp. Sessions on Zoom. Payments in three different apps, depending on the client. Notes in Notion, or worse — in your head.

Each tool can work on its own, but the coach becomes responsible for keeping all the connections together. We are building eFitHub to reduce that repeated work.

What “fix it” looks like

One connected workspace for programs, schedules, progress, messaging, check-ins and live sessions. Built for coaches first, with a client app that keeps the plan close to the work.

We’re not chasing every feature. We’re building the few that actually move the needle:

  • Programs and schedules that stay connected. Build a session, assign it to a date and let the client see it in the app.
  • Progress based on completed work. Keep load, reps, measurements, duration and comments attached to the history.
  • Communication with context. Messages, voice, photos, video, check-ins and live sessions stay next to the plan.
  • Assistance that is reviewed. Milo can summarize data and prepare drafts, while the coach decides what to use.

Where we are

eFitHub is built in Europe by a small Ukrainian team. The product includes web and mobile workspaces for coaches, a client app, and the infrastructure that connects them.

What’s next

We test with real coaches and clients, measure failures and improve continuously. Our goal is to build a platform a coach can migrate to once and keep using for years.
